It's incredibly simple! When you sign up for Unlimited Text Counselling you are matched with one of our Registered Social Workers. Then we set you up through the secure messaging app, Signal and you are good to go from there! Talk with your Therapist as little or as much as you'd like. We will get back to you as soon as we can! Our regular hours are Monday - Saturday 9 am - 9 pm, so you can expect a response (or 20!) within those hours.

Unlimited Text Counselling is helpful cause it allows you to text your counsellor at any moment! Text when you are struggling, at your worst or at your best! No problem is too small and no question is too silly! We are there for you whenever you need us!
