That's why we offer counselling sessions at a local playground while your kids play nearby. This way, you can focus on your well-being without having to worry about finding childcare.

Are you a teenager struggling in school? We know that teenagers often have busy schedules and might prefer a different way to communicate. With our text counselling option, you can have a therapist available when you need them most, and you can express your thoughts and feelings in a way that feels comfortable to you.

Are you in-between vehicles or facing transportation issues? We've got you covered! Our counsellors can come to you. Whether it's taking you shopping while discussing your concerns or meeting you at your home, we'll adapt to your circumstances to ensure you have access to the support you need.

At Bring2Life, we believe that therapy should be accessible to everyone, regardless of financial constraints. That's why we offer sliding scale fees starting from zero dollars for those who qualify. We are also proud to be an NIHB/FNIB Provider, extending our services to Indigenous communities.
